Ingredients

1 grated carrot
2 spoons Chachafruto Mr. Balú
2 egg whites
1 egg
1/2 spoons powdered cinammon
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
5 package No calorie sweetener (splenda)
1/2 cup Almond milk
1 teaspoon raisins

Carrot Cake

Get all ingredients together.

Mix carrot, Chachafruto Mr. Balu, Sweetener (splenda or truvia), cinnamon and baking powder.
Add the egg whites, egsg and beat them.
Slowly add almond milk, vanilla essence and mix them.

Add the mixture to the pan and bake at 175 degrees C for 25 minutes.

Once ready you unmold and add raisins or oatmeal to taste.
