Ingredients

1 cup Chachafruto Mr. Balú
1 cup milk
1 ripe banana
1 teaspoon cinammon
2 eggs
1 butter
1 pinch salt
healthy pancakes

Ripe Banana & Chachafruto Pancakes

Beat the eggs vigorously in a bowl until a frothy mixture is obtained, add the milk and continue beating.

In another medium container, add the chachafruto powder Mr. Balú and mix it with the cinnamon. Then slowly add the egg and milk mixture to prevent lumping. Then, add the previously crushed banana, along with the butter or margarine. Stir and add the pinch of salt.

In a nonstick skillet add a few drops of oil to prevent the mixture from sticking to it, simmer for a couple of minutes and add the mixture, by forming small holes in the surface turn the pancake and wait for it to brown on the other side.
