Béchamel sauce with corn, mushrooms and chachafruto

Heat a medium non-stick pan on low heat, add the butter, when melting add the chachafruto powder Mr. Balú and mix vigorously. Slowly stir in the milk while stirring the mixture to avoid lumping.

In another frying pan sauté the corn and mushrooms with a tablespoon of butter until it gets golden. Add this mixture along with the salt, pepper and grated nutmeg to the mixture with milk.

Stir until all the mixture is completely homogeneous, having a creamy consistency remove from the heat and serve along with favorite dish.

Serve and enjoy.

Creamed Spinach

Dice the onion and crush the garlic.

Then, in a nonstick pan brown the onion and garlic with a teaspoon of olive oil. Once ready, add the water and bring to boil.

When it shows first signs of boiling, add the spinach and salt to taste.

Cook it for about 5 minutes.

Now, in a processor crush all ingredients with 2 tablespoons of Chachafruto Mr. Balu.

Then get it back to the nonstick pot, Stir well.

Serve hot and garnish to taste.
